Core Classes
Some of you have been asking about what happens in a core class. Well, here you are. This is just an idea of what a typical core class can be like.
- Warm-up with core identification exercises, then
- Do one set of twenty repetitions of each exercise
- Alternate exercises in each group (A,B,C …) for three sets each
- Cool-down with a gentle stretch and relaxation postures

- Ab curl up
- Back Extension
B)
- Reverse Crunch
- Hip Bridge
C)
- Oblique Crunch
- Reverse Leg Lift
Instructors will typically add other elements to make the class interesting and enjoyable, such as speed of movement and manipulating rest periods.
