
Ingredients
2 x 170g (6 oz) chicken breast, skinned
Store bought Jerk Seasoning
Method
Rub in approximately 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning on each breast (amount of seasoning used can be varied depending on personal preference).
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Bake the chicken for 50 minutes in a preheated oven of 180c/350F/Gas Mark 4, then transfer to the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
