An intense focused class designed to develop and improve core strength and awareness. 'Core' referring to the muscles of the trunk: stomach, sides and back.
- Warm-up with core identification exercises, then
- Do one set of twenty repetitions of each exercise
- Alternate exercises in each group (A,B,C …) for three sets each
- Cool-down with a gentle stretch and relaxation posture
