Stop the Press!!! New Event for The Sagicor Run for Life Weekend

This year there is no Ride for Life event over the Sagicor Run for Life Weekend BUT rather than take the Saturday afternoon off to rest and prepare for Sunday’s big events, a group of Fitness Professionals, their clients, family and friends have decided to use their time to raise some funds for the diabetes association of Barbados and to bring some more attention to the condition that plagues so many Barbadians.

  • or Surfside Fitness Centre - Warrens, St. Michael.
 
Build mileage by no more than 10 percent a week, as a beginner, and up to about 20 percent if you already workout.
