2. Obstacle course
3. Rope Climb
4. Fetch and Carry
5. Shuttle Runs

After a very keenly contested competition fitness instructors Evy Bentham and Naomi Springer proved that they could walk the walk as well as talk the talk and emerged champions out of a very strong field.
