"What’s your impossible?" was the question to Jason Gilkes, "to finally beat Leo Garnes and win the adidas Run for Life 5k" was the answer. Proving Impossible is Nothing Jason crossed the line first while two of Garnes’ protégés helped to push him all the way down to 4th place.

Dominique Marshall continues to show her class from year to year, holding off young Carifta hopeful, Najuma Commisiong.
